HOW LEVELS & POINTS WORK

Points to Spend are your cash-off balance. Points Toward Your Level are separate: they count purchase points from the past year, including the 100-point bonus on app orders. Transferred points plus signup, birthday, referral, account, SMS, email, level-reward, and multiplier bonus points can be spent but do not move you up. You never need to keep points unspent—using them does not lower your level. Benefits carry forward, the best multiplier replaces the old one, and one-time rewards are issued once.
